Zach Seivers partnered with Vintage King to create a Dolby Atmos-certified studio that combines advanced immersive technology with a streamlined, creative workflow tailored to post production work.

“I wanted to build a space that not only met the highest technical standards but also provided an inspiring, efficient workflow for immersive mixing,” Zach says.

Thanks to Vintage King’s expertise, SNAPSOUND features a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos mix room with an Avid S6 control surface and Meyer Sound monitors that deliver cinematic depth and clarity while supporting a flexible mixing environment.

In order to bring SnapSound’s immersive vision to life, owner Zach Seivers teamed up with Vintage King Audio Consultant Chris Bolitho and Technician Frank Verschuuren.

Chris led the system design and gear selection, carefully tailoring the setup around Zach’s goals. The result is a cutting-edge Dolby Atmos mix room featuring an Avid S6 control surface and Meyer Sound monitors, designed to deliver cinematic depth and clarity within a flexible, artist-friendly workflow.

“SnapSound is a smaller room tucked inside an office building. While the space was thoughtfully designed, installing the monitors meant crawling into the ceiling and pulling cables through tight spots. These are the real-world challenges you have to plan for in a build like this, but we still managed to get the job done quickly,” says Frank, who expertly navigated the technical hurdles during installation.

The installation went smoothly thanks to Frank’s meticulous planning, which helped overcome the space’s unique challenges and ensured a seamless setup.

“Frank’s confidence really helped calm my anxieties and he did an amazing job running the cable, installing the speakers, and getting our S6 up and running,” Zach says. “I think we literally had the whole room up and running from soup to nuts in less than 12 hours. That really surprised me and it’s a testament to his talent and experience that he was able to make it happen.”
